About this Event

When was a moment that you followed your heart over your brain? How are you rewarding yourself for making it through the hardest parts of this year? If you're looking to focus on moments of strength and how to carry them forward, join me for a creative writing workshop that hones in on our inner voice and resiliency.

Writing can be a powerful tool for reflection and self-awareness, and dedicating time for creativity is central to effective self-care. In this setting, you will have opportunities to delve deeper into your writing and share your work in a safe, intimate space. 

Everyone is welcome, particularly BIPOC and beginner writers! Live captioning will be provided in English. Bring some paper, a pen/pencil, and get ready for a packed two hours of writing!
